Who these terms are with

FoxiBoss is operated by [legal entity name], registered at [registered address], Egypt. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the business holding a FoxiBoss account.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using FoxiBoss you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.

What FoxiBoss does

FoxiBoss lets you build customer feedback surveys, publish them as links or QR codes, and read the responses grouped by branch and over time. Your customers answer on their phones without creating accounts.

We may change, add or remove features over time. Where a change materially reduces what the service does, we will give you reasonable notice.

Your account

Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your phone or email rather than a password. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number or mailbox secure, and for everything done through your account.

You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date. You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and you may not use FoxiBoss where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

Plans, billing and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Your plan sets how many questionnaires you may run; you can add capacity during a period, and the charge for doing so is shown before you confirm it.

Payments are processed by Paymob. We never receive or store your card details. Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include or exclude tax as stated at checkout.

If a payment fails we will retry and let you know. If it stays unpaid past the grace period shown in your account, we may suspend access until it is settled.

Refunds and cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.

How you may use the service

You agree not to:

• Use FoxiBoss to collect data unlawfully, or to survey people who have not agreed to be surveyed.
• Ask for more personal data than your stated purpose needs, or ask for sensitive personal data through a survey.
• Send unsolicited messages, or use the service in a way that risks the reputation or availability of the messaging channels it depends on.
• Attempt to access another business's data, probe or disrupt the service, or work around its limits and protections.
• Upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or use the service to harass anyone.

Your responsibilities for your customers' data

The responses your surveys collect are yours. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor: you decide what to ask and what to do with the answers, and we handle it on your instructions.

That means you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling your customers what you will do with their answers, and for honouring their rights over that data. Our own handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use the optional phone field, or any free-text answer, to build a marketing list without the respondent's clear agreement.

Our intellectual property, and yours

FoxiBoss, its software, design and brand remain ours. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing, and nothing more.

Your survey content and your response data remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the service.

Availability

We work to keep FoxiBoss available and to keep your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances outside our control can all interrupt it.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the [liability cap period, e.g. twelve months] before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or whose payments remain outstanding after the grace period. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

You may close your account at any time. On closure your surveys stop accepting responses. Your data is retained and then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy — export anything you want to keep before closing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use FoxiBoss after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of [competent court / city] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
